Teacher Transfer: The Department of Education and Training is collecting your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 in order to assess your eligibility for transfer and the ongoing management of your application as part of the department’s teacher transfer process.
This information will be securely stored and will only be accessed by authorised employees within the department. Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are required to do so by law. Should you lodge a grievance or appeal against transfer or non-transfer, some of this information may be given to other Queensland government departments and agencies for the purpose of reviewing your appeal.
TRACER: The information collected through TRACER will be used by the Department of Education and Training (DET) to assess your eligibility for employment as a teacher with DET, for the ongoing management of your application or the ongoing management of your employment if your application is successful.
Information collected in MyHR Recruitment will be securely stored and will only be made available to appropriate authorised officers of DET or agents employed by DET. Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are required to do so by law.
